They are all delicious and packed with protein, so you can enjoy yourself without any of the guilt. And yes, we are extremely sorry that ONE Protein is out of stock again. You guys are absolutely killing it and the orders have been crazy leading to running out of stock very quickly, along with supply chain issues. Now, let's get to the recipes!

Cake

¾ cup (100g) red velvet cake mix

1 scoop (34g) Macro1 ONE Protein, chocolate brownie*

2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder

6 tbsp (92g) liquid egg whites

⅔ cup (150g) plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp (28g) melted light butter

Pinch salt

¼ tsp baking powder

Cream Cheese Frosting

2 tbsp (28g) fat free cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp (28g) reduced fat cream cheese, softened

¼ cup (56g) plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, vanilla ice cream

1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (more or less to get to your desired frosting thickness)

Extra sweetener to taste

✅NOTES

**We are currently OUT OF STOCK of ONE Protein. Hopefully you still have some left for this recipe. We DO NOT recommend using whey protein. Must be a whey / casein blend like ONE Protein to turn out the same. 

✅INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Add red velvet cake mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder to a large bowl. Mix. Add egg whites, Greek yogurt, and melted light butter. 
  2. Spray a 6-inch round cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Make sure to check on the early side to keep it from drying out. 
  3. Once baked, let it completely cool. Can place in the fridge or freezer to speed this up. 
  4. Mix all cream cheese frosting ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Spread cooled cake with the frosting. Sprinkle the top with extra red velvet cake crumbles. 
  5. Cut into 4 slices and enjoy!

Brownies

1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour

2 1/2 scoops (86g) Macro1 ONE Protein, chocolate brownie

1/2 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 whole eggs

3 tbsp (46g) liquid egg whites

3/4 cup (170g) plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

3/4 cup (180g) unsweetened applesauce

1/3 cup Swerve brown sugar sweetener*

1 tsp vanilla extract

red food coloring (I don't remember how many drops, but as many as you want to give it the red color)

2 tbsp (30g) dark chocolate chips

 Frosting

3 tbsp (45g) dark chocolate chips

 

1 scoop (34g) Macro1 ONE Protein, chocolate brownie 

✅NOTES

*Swerve is a sugar free sweetener that measures cup for cup with sugar but has 0g of sugar. It bakes and tastes just like sugar. It can be found in the baking aisle of most grocery stores.

✅INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt) to a large bowl. Mix.  
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together Swerve brown sugar with wet ingredients (eggs, egg whites, Greek yogurt, applesauce, red food coloring and vanilla extract). Combine wet and dry ingredients and gently stir together until smooth.  
  3. Line a 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle the top with dark chocolate chunks.  
  4. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. The center should be slightly underdone and the edges set. Do NOT overcook. When they cool from the oven they will set up and have a delicious fudgy consistency.  
  5. While cooling, make the frosting. Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add protein powder and milk. MIx until a smooth, thick frosting is made.  
  6. Spread frosting over top of the cooled brownies. Sprinkle the top with Christmas crushed peanuts, or more chocolate chips. Cut into 12 brownies and enjoy!

1 cup (80g) quick oats

2 cups water

6 tbsp (92g) liquid egg whites

1 scoop (34g) Macro1 ONE Protein, chocolate brownie

1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tso salt

Chocolate for topping (chocolate chips or Hershey Kiss, or any other chocolate

✅INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. 
  2. Add oats and water to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave another minute. Add egg whites and whisk well. Microwave for 1 minute. 
  3. Add chocolate brownie ONE Protein, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well. Pour oatmeal into an oven safe dish or bowl. 
  4. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Top with chocolate chips / hershey kiss and enjoy!
