We all love cookie dough, especially when you can make it in 1-minute and eat the whole bowl! 

1-Minute Protein Cookie Dough

1-minute protein cookie dough

  • 1 scoop (34g) Macro1 Nutrition ONE Vegan Protein (you can use regular ONE Protein, but will need slightly less liquid)
  • 1/4 cup (32g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)
  • 2 tbsp (14g) coconut flour
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  1. Add all ingredients except for chocoalte chips to a bowl. Mix until a thick cookie dough consistency is formed. May need slightly more or less liquid depending on your protein powder, so start out with less.
  2. Add chocolate chips and mix in. Enjoy a delicious bowl of low calorie cookie dough.
Yield: 2 servings (about 1/2 cup each)
 Nutrition per serving: 245 calories, 20 protein, 21 carbs, 9 fat
