At Macro1 Nutrition, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order and to make your experience with Macro1Nutrition.com pleasant and informative.

Depending on the reason for your return and the condition of the product, several options may be available:

  • Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your original payment method or apply an online store credit to your account for future use. The refund or store credit will cover the product price only and exclude any shipping fees.
  • Opened Products: Returns of opened products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If a product arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we will send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the item.
  • Older Purchases: Items ordered more than 30 days ago or purchased using store credit from a previous exchange are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Purchase Source: Refunds and exchanges apply only to products purchased at MacroSupps.com.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@macro1nutrition.com with your name, order number, contact information, and the reason for the return. Our team will reach out to approve the return before you ship the item.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for the time it takes for a return to reach us or for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once we receive and process the returned product, we will issue a refund or online store credit.

We provide return shipping labels for products that were shipped incorrectly, are defective, damaged, expired, or caused an adverse reaction. We cannot provide return labels for issues related to taste or lack of results, and customers are responsible for shipping costs in these cases.
