One of the cereals I loved growing up as a kid was Golden Grahams. To be honest, I had completely forgotten about them until I was at the grocery and saw a Golden Grahams protein bar. That had me thinking, why don't I make a Golden Grahams Protein Oatmeal recipe? Because, of course, having two cereals at a time is better than one. And, who doesn't love the delicious graham cracker flavors combined with a hearty bowl of protein-packed oatmeal. There is no better way to start the day!

This one is super easy to make, like most protein oatmeal recipes. I often times love to make it the night before and let it chill and thicken overnight. Then, you have it ready to go for the morning when you are on-the-go or just don't have time to make it.

It seems that I always find myself coming back to my good ol morning bowl of protein oatmeal. There is just so much good about it. It is filling, low-calorie, can make in just a few minutes, and keeps you full all morning.

Unlimited toppings and variations

Another thing I love about oatmeal is that it is literally a blank canvas. You can add any toppings, any mix-ins, and really anything you want. You can do chocolate or vanilla. You can make a pumpkin pie version. There really are no rules when it comes to protein oatmeal.
